Terrible
After buying around 30 of these laptops for business I can say they are incredibly bad quality, for two main reasons. The first and main reason is the system boards, the system boards (motherboard) in these laptops are of incredibly poor quality out of the 30 we have bought five have had complete failures, also two laptops have had CPU's replaced. This seems to be a major problem as sourcing the boards takes weeks.
The second fault is the biometric system on the laptop which includes the fingerprint scanner, after setting up the scanner on some of the laptops it causes log in issues meaning the laptop has to be reformatted and re installed.
In conclusion I would not recommend buying one of these laptops due to the faults I have encountered, the previous version of this laptop was much better and I have had no faults with it.
But apart from this the laptops are great and if the faults were fixed I would be happy to give a higher rating.
