Review 1 : Pretty good laptop
Although Windows 8 is pretty difficult to get used to, and the laptop isn't touchscreen, this is a pretty good laptop. It is fast, although sometimes other web browsers don't seem to run as fast as Internet Explorer, I would reccomend this to anyone looking for a laptop. It's also pretty decent with games, as long as they don't require too much RAM.
Review 2 : windows 8 without the touch screen, I don't think so.
I should have read the product details a bit more carefully as there is not a lot of point having this operating system without the touch screen facility.
On the bright side you can revert back to the old desktop with a click, but I find myself pining for my for windows vista half the time I use it.
The computer itself is pretty fast compared to my old one, but not to impressed with the Acer Clear-fi music program it takes an evening to load a CD. Trying at moment to run Windows media player, with little success.
