Review 1 : Dell XPS has issues!
I have owned this item for 14 Months, It has never worked as intended.
Initial Problems with Touch-pad which was subsequently replaced by Dell and working since.
WiFi issues improved with latest Drivers but it took long enough and still have issues with bundled Bluetooth connectivity.
Problems with video playback results in Dell replacing the Motherboard, Issue only rectified if Power Mode set to High Performance.
Disk and Power and Processor activity indicator lights are behind the screen so you cant see them while using the laptop - somebody should definitely be fired for this design flaw!
Fan Noise is excessive constantly as a result of being in High Performance Mode.
On the plus side its screen is Sharp but not great in sunlight even with the anti glare upgrade
It is lightning fast processing Video/DVD files.
The back-lit Keyboard is handy if you are nocturnal like me.
Battery is excellent in Power Saving mode for a Desktop...
