Review 1 : Pleasing budget Asus
The laptop is just like anything else produced by Asus, simple & reliable.
The casing is nicely finished but a litle on the flimsy side. Then again i didn't purchase it in mind of a high end machine. For the price it comes with a decent spec. The facial recognition is a nice touch as is the palm proof touch on the mousepad. It's light & mobile & has a 4.5 hour battery life on entertainment setting, probably longer on battery saving mode through the power4gear setting. It comes with Trend anti virus trial version & a bundle of Asus own brand programs. Altogether a very good laptop for the price & spec, ideal for browsing, email & light end workload which is exactly why i bought it. I have their transformer tablet too & a 6 year old A6Tc laptop still motoring so can rest assured this new addition to the stable will last for just as long.

I use this laptop for e-mailing, reading news, uploading videos/photos/documents, calling skype, watching TV, and syncing iPhone.
It works quite well, although the speaker is weak, I can't use it without loudspeaker/earphone.
I recommend it.
