I have exactly the same issue with freezing on internet page changes, other than that it is a nice machine but nowhere near as good as my works T43P Thinkpad.
Review 2 : Frequently "freezes"
I have had this laptop (with Vista) for three weeks, and have been disappointed with it. It frequently freezes/crashes when simply moving between different internet pages, and doesn't seem to like having more than 3 or 4 windows open simultaneously on the bottom bar. It should be able to cope with this. My previous three computers/laptops over the last 10 years with much older technology (a Compaq, a Dell and a RM) never had this problem. In a typical day, I would estimate that the Tecra freezes up once an hour or more, necessitating the rigmarole and time-wasting process of complete re-booting at times. I can't tell if it's a problem with the laptop itself or software/applications, but my colleague who has the same issue of Tecra M10 is also having similar problems. I've tried the laptop with both Internet Explorer and Forefox and the same problems occurs with both.
Apart from the frequent freezing, everything else is good....screen size, keyboard, weight etc.
