Battery Fail
Was really pleased to see a decent spec laptop at a good price. Received it and got it up and running plugged into power source. Thereafter, tried to fire it up by turning on the power button - to no avail. The laptop will only work with power cable plugged in. Completely useless for a mobile device! Battery icon indicates 67% power, not charging, when the power cable is plugged in. Faulty battery. Your options with Amazon? Refund only. You cannot receive a replacement item as you cannot replace one item with an identical one to the one you wish to return. Oh, and to send it back for a refund? You pay for the postage.

This laptop is sleek, easy to use and looks good. I've already owned an Acer so am fairly familiar with their laptops, but combined with Windows 8, this is just a gem. Excellent value for money, I am well pleased with my choice.
