Superb Gaming Laptop!!!!
ASUS G75VW 12GB RAM 1.5TB HDD 17.3" FHD
I was excited about this purchase as I had not had a new PC for 10 years! I bought this Gaming Laptop as I need both the high specs and the mobility of The Asus G75VW.
It is a fantastic Gaming Laptop and the only downside is that in one of my games Max Payne 3 there are gaming mouse control issues within the game but this is not a hardware but I feel a software issue with the game itself! I would recommend this Laptop as it is value for money and the graphics are truelly amazing whilst both playing games and watching videos and TV! Even looking at the screen when using different Wallpapers is breathtaking! I am well pleased with this purchase!

Review 1 : A fantastic laptop with amazing build quality
My laptop has perfect build quality, in fact better than any other laptop I've ever seen or owned including the previous G-series. It's solid as a rock and everything works exactly as it was designed. The spec, performance and temps are incredible. I've owned four ASUS G-series notebooks dating back to the G73 and I wouldn't buy anything else.
I'm not quite sure what the previous reviewer is talking about. Of course technical forums have posts detailing issues - that's why people visit them. They should have realised that importing a laptop from overseas is a risky business, hence why you should buy in the UK. My order was delivered within 2 working days with no expensive duty and tax to pay, or expensive return shipping.
Review 2 : An old man and his PC
Well, I last bought a PC 6 years ago - an ASUS Lambo that, sadly finally bit the dust on Friday. I'm a great believer in paying top end for top quality and, so far, this new one has not disappointed. Now let me first say that I really do need a pc that is robust because I do a lot of travelling over rough terrain here in Sri Lanka as well as internationally. This fits that bill perfectly. Now, the bad news. I'm not a gamer at all. Can't get past chess and only need it for word docs, spreadsheets and so on. No film downloads either (I've already given the 3D glasses away)and changed the mouse for something much more basic. Now the good news. The screen is fantastic, the underlighting on the keyboard is ideal during our power cuts and the load speed unbelivevable. I actually had a queue in my office waiting to see it when it arrived this afternoon. Can't praise it enough.
