Tidy kit, easy set-up
Happy with the laptop but not impressed that the MacAfee turned out to be a 30 day free trial. That is just a sales pitch for me but for others I guess it eases the installation. Personally I just uninstalled it and replaced it with Norton 360 for which I had a spare licence. Very straightforward though and whilst it took a while creating back-up disks and updating the Vista OS it all ran smoothly and without issue.
At the price my first impressions are good, not the greatest screen I've seen but a good value PC from a well-known brand.
Best part was the swift delivery service from Amazon.

This Toshiba Satellite L300-20D 15.4 inch Laptop, Intel Celeron T1600 1.66 GHz, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB HDD, Vista Home Basic works excelent. simple to operator along with change. the price for it was much lower when compared with other locations, My spouse and I other areas investigated, and not considerably more as compared tp comparable product.

Review 2 : Good value
Straightforward, good value replacement for a Dell which didn't last 3 years (Student's general purpose use, no abuse). Speakers give a better sound than the Dell.
