Reached the day promised and was promptly unpacked. The packing was very good, no chances of any damage. The battery had a good amount of charge and it took a few minutes to set it up. It has worked like a charm after that. Registered the serial number on the apple website and everything looked fine.
I am writing this review from the macbook pro. This is my first Apple laptop so it took me a while to get used to the different controls ... I miss some of the windows stuff... particularly the right click so I got a wireless Mouse from Logitech and it works fine with the Mac. The build quality is fantastic. Its not too overpriced as well. A Sony laptop with similar spec is only
