It has gone wrong twice in 3 months
This has been a terrible experience of buying our first Dell laptop. First the hardrive went wrong, we lost everything and were without a laptop for 2 weeks. Now it has gone wrong again and I'm having to deal with Dell technical support all over again, just 2 weeks after having the laptop returned. We will never buy Dell again.
