Very disappointed
We were looking for a laptop that would enable us to Skype each other. This laptop is very well specced for the price, but the sound quality is appalling. We sent the first one back because of a problem with a continuous screeching noise, and unfortunately the replacement is just as bad and is going to be returned as unfit for purpose. I do wonder if we were just unlucky with a bad batch of components, as there have been no real complaints on the Dell websites, but we will not accept a replacement and will be buying a different machine now. As the title says, very disappointed.

Review 1 : Stylish Laptop & good speed
Very good laptop,
Upon receiving it I removed all the pre installed software such as Dell Dock, Backup programs and other junk. From doing this you will gain alot performance wise.

Laptop looks very stylish with a nice chrome finish. It also comes with a web cam which it doesn't say in the description!
Battery life is okay about 2.5hours with internet & music on a balanced profile
Speakers are quite impressive for this laptop!
