Review 1 : Refurbished....Did not work

Sorry Amazon, but whoever refurbished this unit for you, they did not do a good job. Packaging was very poor considering it was a laptop
The unit kept crashing (BSOD) during the initial setup.
Once we went through it (2 hours) the unit kept locking, in windows, during boot, on the Toshiba boot screen.
Tried using all the tools on Toshiba's website to fix the unit (BIOS, drivers, etc) but this must have a major fault.
Suspect motherboard because USB devices kept disappearing and reappearing.
Anyway, whilst the product was unreliable, it was also full of bloatware......Loads of it.
Why build a unit like this only to slow it down with junk software?
The speakers are fantastic though, just a shame we had to send it back (Toshiba would not honour the warranty as they claimed it was registered to another user when we called them).
Have to give Amazon a 5 star for service.
