Would be fine but for the two bad pixels right in the middle of the screen.
Toshiba have a policy where you have to have more than 5 broken pixels before they repair/change the screen. Check other manufacturers' policy (I think Sony has a zero pixel policy).
After paying out for a laptop with a good, large screen, it seems very unfair if they don't bother making sure the screen is working perfectly. Shame on you Toshiba.

This particular Toshiba Satellite L350D-215 17-Inch Laptop (AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core Ql-65 2.1GHz, 4 GB RAM, 250 GB HDD, DVDSMDL, Windows 7 Home Premium Edition 32 Bit) works wonderful. user friendly along with change. The Cost of this was reduced as compared to other place, I other areas reviewed, and not considerably more compare to equivalent item.

Review 2 : Toshiba L350D-215 Laptop
This is my 4th Toshiba Laptop 3 of which I am running at the moment. The introduction of Windows 7 is an improvement on Widows Vista. But I guess due to Market / Price pressure they have cut corneres on this model. Only 3 USB sockets available and no SD Card Reader. AMD Athelon 2-processor is pretty much as good as Intel Core2 Duo. However it runs at 2.1GHz which makes it considerable faster than 1.7-1.8 GHz previous models. On the whole I would still recommend Toshiba built, style and quality well above other makes such as Dell, Acer and even HP. It also comes at a reasonable price only when bought from Amazon.
