I can't really relate about the standard of the customer service since i never really required their service :P
but i got this laptop as a birthday present and i was over the moon! it has everything you'd look for, ranging from the long battery life, to the amazingly fast speed, i was honestly shocked... totally recommend...
Review 2 : rubbish beware!
I bought this laptop, direct from HP for my wife for Christmas two days later we found the microphone did not work,'no problem the on line support said we will pick it up tomorrow'which they did, and as of todate they have not returned it......
one month to fix a microphone problem, oh yes thats if you can get through to tech support, the customer service is appalling, they hang up do not return calls and there is no way they will fix your laptop.....so only by this one if you want to spend a long time with out a lap top.
