I was going to buy from Amazon, but HP where offering a great deal and a free hamper for christmas.
It's a great spec laptop, plays all the modern games. Fast booting and has loads of features for the money.
Pros:

Quiet
Compatible with Linux
Cons:
Touchpad sensitivity can be quite annoying
Gets hot after long gaming (avoid resting on your lap)
Has Windows 7 (in my personal opinion is a terrible OS and annoying) and cant be downgraded to Windows XP no drivers?

Review 1 : NICE PIECE OF KIT
I bought this Notebook a few weeks ago as a substitute for a desktop and am very pleased...up to now at least. The machine looks great, has lots of nice touches, such as the fingerprint sign in facility. Good sound as well from the onboard speakers. It's a large machine so it's no good if you have to carry it around with you but as a machine to keep at home it's great.

Not in stock when ordered but order quickly fulfilled and delivered early and well packaged.
Had researched machine before order and it meets its specification in all respects. Touch pad is better than some machines but I still prefer a mouse.
Amazon as usual offered a very good price. Well done
