HP Pavilion g6-1255sa 15.6 inch Laptop PC (Intel Core i3-370M processor, RAM 4GB, HDD 750GB, Windows 7 Home Premium) On Sale
Product Description
Good Spec, good Looking - VERY POOR QUALITY
Good spec Laptop but BEWARE. All G6 models use the same mouse/trackpad buttons/case etc.. My left mouse button felt cheap from day one. 1 week after purchase it sunk below facia of laptop. after two weeks LIGHT use, button made a crack like sound and squeaks and cracks when pressed. I would have originaly thought "Oh I have a faulty one off laptop." But NO My girlfriends brother got a different model of the G6 to mine and his left mouse button failed after a week! More bad news is some reviews online confirm others are suffering the same fate. If you are considering buying this laptop try out the left mouse button in the shop. IT WILL FAIL ON YOU!! MASSIVE HP RECALL AHOY!!!! Wish I had waited and got another Laptop. Cheap poor component. Ps - I love everything else about this laptop. I checked online and instore locally and found out all G6's are the same. I dont normally review anything but wanted people to know about this design flaw. I just dont have ANY faith on the mouse...

Review 1 : A Lot For Your Money
I bought this laptop for my son for Christmas after a lot of research and initially deciding on the 1253sa which has a 500GB hard drive. The 1255sa with a 750GB drive for the few pounds extra was a no brainer. The screen is far superior to the similar laptop I bought for my other son 6 months previously and this one has HDMI, Altec Lansing speakers and an Intel i3 processor making my 6 year old iMac look positively ancient. How far technology comes in 6 years or even 6 months! I've given this 5 stars as it's a fantastic machine with masses of ram and storage for the money. The step up to an i5 processor, USB3 and Thunderbolt was outside my budget and this machine performs perfectly well for his needs and has room for more memory which can be bought from Amazon or Crucial for under
