It could be excellent in terms of performance but far from being a 'premium' (as advertised) product
There is very little 'premium' feel about this product: from packaging to the overall design features and user interface it looks like another chunky brick of a laptop; flimsy keyboard, oversized charging device, etc. I have been a Mac user for many years and needed a powerful laptop to run some Windows-only software. It may have a superior specification but, as I found out, there are many other more elegant products on the market with similar specifications and a far better user interface (keyboard, trackpad, weight etc.) Returned to amazon; refund quickly processed.

This Kind of Toshiba Satellite L855-15U 15.6-inch Notebook (Silver)-(Intel Core i5-3230M 2.6/3.2GHz, 8GB RAM, 750GB HDD, Windows 8, USB 3.0, Bluetooth, Graphics) does great. easy to use and change. The Cost of this is lower when compared with other areas, I other places investigated, and never far more compare to comparable product.

Review 1 : Great laptop .Nothing but trouble getting it.
I won't go on about this item but before you buy there is a few things you need to know . The first is my experience with getting this item and amazon themselves.
The first laptop I received arrived promptly . That was the only good thing about it. On inspection it was scratched around the edge of the laptop on the black gloss. After starting the laptop up and going on the Internet realised it had Internet history of a pervious owner on it . Not the pre installed web addresses. Returned the item at amazons expense.
The replacement item never showed up . Disappeared into the wind and after a month eventually got a replacement for the replacement after a long call on the phone where I was assured that I would have a replacement in 24 -48 hours, no what I got was an email saying that city link had sent it and was no longer in there control. Another phone call later to some one who knew what they were doing and the laptop was eventually on its way .
