this laptop is fantastic,its fast,reliable,bright sharp images, great sound quality,its also quiet has a great build quality and a smooth silky gloss finish to its shell,recently i upgraded my ram from 4gb to 8gb which took 4 minutes to do and the result is fantastic i love my hp,much better than my last 2 laptops (samsung rv510 and HP) they were good but not a patch on this little beauty got to give it 10/10 a really big thumbs up from me.
