Review 1 : Sony not replcing broken part under warranty
Like a number of unhappy Sony customers the power jack broke whilst under warranty. Sony's response was that I had broken it as their product was perfect. Utter nonsense. I never broke it but they are refusing to fix it. Will never buy a Sony product ever again. You can't treat your customers like this and get away with it. I will continue to fight my corner but the damage has been done.
