The Cost of this is reduced compared to other locations, my partner and i other locations reviewed, and never far more as compared tp equivalent product.

Review 1 : Great Design, Manufacture Defect! Poor Support by SAMSUNG for Windows 8!
When I purchased this laptop and opening it for the first time, I had issues with;
* Battery
It takes ages for the battery to recharge and does not even last longer than two hours!
* Dead pixel
This is common these days but one dead pixel just ruins the whole screen. Some may not be bothered by it.
* Damaged Casing
Now this shocked me the most. Either it was damaged by courier (ParcelForce) or manufacturing fault at SAMSUNG end.
Got it replaced but it's even worse;
* Wi-Fi issues on Windows 8 using latest certified Windows 8 drivers.
* Poor Windows 8 Support where half the features missing from old SAMSUNG control center application for Windows 7
* Hard drive issues.
Here is my dilemma:

Never purchase a SAMSUNG laptop/notebook. Go Acer or ASUS!
