Fast, powerful but Win 8 is a concern
If there was a category for 17 inch ultra books this would be leading it. Its fast, great battery life, slimline and light (for a 17 inch).The hidden mouse buttons are annoying as you tend to press the right button when you want the left. Windows 8 really requires a touch screen but you can learn to use the mouse pad which is nice and large on this laptop for some functions and shortcuts for the rest. If you don't want to bother with Windows 8 then you should be able to find the equivalent laptop on Amazon with Windows 7.
