I am a professional writer and my computers always get a good use out of me. Within the warranty period of an earlier model of the Pavilion g6 some of the characters had come off the keyboard, and I also had a problem with the screen - probably from intensive opening and closing. I got directly in touch with the manufacturer and they replaced them without a quibble. When it eventually reaches its end of life with me I will probably buy the latest model of the same computer.
